The Chana Orloff Workshops-Museum, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Town Hall of the 14th century, organizes an exhibition of sculptures by Chana Orloff, major woman-artist of the 20th century, in the dead end of the Villa Seurat, where she lived and worked. This event, which will take place on 11, 12, 13 and 18, 19 and 20 September 2020, is part of the event «Raising our Eyes», on 18 September and the European Heritage Days, on 19 and 20 September. Built by Auguste Perret in 1926, this house-workshop in reinforced concrete, favouring volumes and light, is a modernist setting that allows to grasp the very special place held by the sculptor in the history of the Parisian avant-garde.
