Centergross, which at its creation was a symbol of modernity and the dynamism of Italian fashion, appears today as dated, banal architecture without its own identity. It’s a series of soulless buildings almost a kilometer long.

• The Italian Fashion Hub must once again become the capital of ready-to-wear and its architecture must be in line with today's fashion, which carries ethical values, well-being, freedom and respect for the environment.

• Our project, while taking into account the programmatic demand in terms of functionality and square meters, strives to give the site a welcoming and surprising dimension for users and visitors, likely to create a movement of curiosity and rediscovery of the site.

• The head building is reconstructed by creating a new tower of Babel, capital of fashion knowledge, which recalls the glorious past of Bologna.

• Access to the various buildings is possible from a footbridge which connects them to the park of the Orsi villa.
